Card Engineered Packaging is packaging which has been specially designed here at Cardworks to suit a customer's exact specification.

Using our computer aided design system we can modify standard carton designs or create completely new ideas. Our cutting plotter can plot and cut out samples from corrugated board as well as standard carton board, which means you can see exactly what you are getting before we start the job.

Many customers are looking for unusual ways and styles for packaging or holding a product. Often we use a standard style pack and have to create a special insert to hold the product in place within the pack. Using card often makes for cheaper origination costs and more environmentally friendly packaging.

We take into account the shelf space, durability needed, amount of time and cost involved in packing the product, all to achieve the target price required. Sometimes it is a bit more expensive to produce an interesting shape or style of pack, but can produce a product with a much higher perceived value.

Dump Bins

These are typically a large fully-printed display box containing the product for sale or brochures / catalogues to be dispenced. Dump Bins tend to have a ‘pile it high’ nature so lend themselves to goods that won’t become damaged if stacked on top of each other. And due to high capacity and ease of refill they are commonly used at high traffic areas, such as, trade Counters,exhibitions and end of shopping isles in large retailers.

Hanging Displays

These type of displays are made to showcase wide variety of goods with Folding Header or Blister Card packaging. Such type of display units promote great product placement versatility, high product exposure and ease of use for you and your customers. While providing high adjustability on the go if new batch of product have different packaging.

Shelf Units

Designed to promote your Brand while not limiting you to one type of packaging. Gives access to wide range of derived and/or related product in one location, which is known to help customers to find the right product,as well as, promote impulsive buying. While not being as adjustable as Euro-Hook displays, they are still one of the most universal and effecient ways of showcasing your goods.

Tray Units

We have a range of Hanging CDU’s and are able to create them to suit your product. This is an effective alternative way to display products, a tall unit will show your product if it is in Blister card or hanging carton form.

Pillow Displays & Standees

We have several designs already but can make to your requirements with either a built in money box or a removable one we can punch holes in the side at the back to cable tie the unit to the counter to help stop stealing of the box.

Magazine Bulk Display Units

These work with small bagged product which can sit in a large box the bottom front face has a pull out Shute which the product can be taken from.
